Who are we?
We are simply who the Constitution of the United States says we are..........   "We the People"
We are anyone and everyone, all nationalities, ages and gender. We are all walks of people. Come join us.

Years ago, a group of people made up their mind that they were tired of being abused by people in official public
capacities. So, they risked their lives, their families and gave up all that they owned to come to this new land
called America, to start fresh.
Having experienced people in power behaving badly previously, they wrote up the Constitution of The United States
and several other documents and laws to try to keep this from happening here in the New Country. Having seen first
hand how greed, money and power seem to "guide" decision- making people, such as judges, they created laws and
put in a system of “checks and balances” to keep that from happening again, and serious repercussions if it did.

Simply put, in the few years that this Country has been operating, it is out of control. Did those people die in vain?
Do our laws , our rights, our Constitutional Rights mean nothing anymore? Are the laws of the land in place only
for you and me to abide by, and not to be obeyed by police, judges, attorneys, and other public officials? Many of the 
people who take an oath to OBEY, UPHOLD and ENFORCE the law, are the very ones who are guilty of breaking
the law.

Why is it out of control? How did it get this way?

We the people, that is you and me, pay, and pay dearly we do, at the gas pumps, at the grocery stores, property
taxes, cell phone taxes, electric bill taxes, there are taxes on everything. These taxes are to pay public officials to do
their job. Legally, ethically and efficiently. We are their employer. They have "scared" you into believing that they
control you. When the exact opposite is true. We control them. Again, we are their employer. When an employer
 reviews/audits an employee and finds that they are not doing their job, then the employer has the right to no
longer employ that person.  We the People have been paying employees to "supervise" these officials and
bring action against them when bad behavior is discovered. Apparently they are having difficulty doing their job.

This organization was formed for this very reason. Since public officials mean they work for the public, that's you
and me, all of their files, records, court cases, accounting documents, budgets, phone records, everything is for
public review at anytime. We have formed groups all across the US that are investigating certain public officials, 
public offices and agencies in US Territories. Simply put, it is time for the employer to review its employees.
This is a big task, and it requires a lot of help from you. We do not need your money, just your voice and a little bit of
your time. The dirty little secret that Public Officials do not want you to find out about is YOU have the upperhand on
them, because you have the law and the rights. You say, no, that's not true. My friend was victimized by a police officer
(officer acted illegally), so my friend took him to court, and the police officer won! You are right, this happens all the
time. He won because he has the attorney's and judges in his circle. The problem is no one is auditing the attorneys
and judges. That's where we come into play.
We the People are now auditing attorneys and judges. We the People will hold them accountable. We have the
means, and we have the law. We the People put judges in office, we can remove them. They are just another employee.
Don't think so? Where does their salary come from? Just another employee.

Another dirty little secret they do not want you to figure out is they are powerful only because they have numbers of
dirty officials covering their back. Not because they have not broke the law.
They don't want you to know that you are more powerful than them, because the law is on your side and you have a
larger army than they do! Us! When people stick together and come against them as a group, you win.
If you as a soldier had to fight in combat against 100, 000 soldiers all by yourself, do you think you
would win? No.  Their scheme is to "fight you" all by yourself against their thousands of corrupt public officials
within their circle. People, join us, you can not fight them alone. We need your voice to let them know that we are coming
together as One People, One Voice to demand they do their job ethically and legally.

Here is the biggest dirty secret of all that they do not want you to discover; How they make a lot of money off of you:

It goes like this - You are driving down the road (set on cruise control), not breaking any laws, being a good citizen,
when out your rearview mirror a police officer pulls you over. (First illegal move from the officer- he has to have
probable cause, but you do not know that, he tells himself) You ask him why did he pull you over, he says for
speeding. You politely tell him that is incorrect as your speedometer was set on cruise control for the legal speed
limit. He writes you a ticket. You think to yourself, I am going to challenge this in court, I am not paying for the
speeding ticket. I have proof! You hire an attorney (pay him a lot of money), give him your evidence, you know
the officer did not have you on radar, he told you so, slam dunk, so you think. You envision the court hearing
going something like this: your attorney steps up and shows the judge all your evidence, the police officer's
attorney will admit he did not have official proof showing you were speeding, the judge agrees that you were certainly
victimized by the police officer, you win,  the judge awards all your attorney fees and court costs to be paid by
the police department at fault. WRONG. Here is the secret that they do not want you to know. Your attorney
 (whom you paid big bucks to in good faith that he will actually fight for you) talks with the police department’s
attorney, over a couple of beers, and decide who has the most "pull" over the judge that is going to be hearing
your case. The police department attorney laughs and says how he has the judge in his back pocket, they have
money (your tax payer money) at their disposal to "bribe or buy off" the judge i.e., golf, trips, money etc. Your
attorney, says ok, my client is probably not willing to bribe the judge, so, you will win this case. The police
department attorney approaches the judge, before the court hearing, explains to the judge how he is to rule
 on your case, and here are the "favors" for ruling that way. Court hearing comes around, you show up for court,
unknowing of all the "prearranged" decisions on your case. Your attorney, may or may not even submit your
evidence. You look at him in question. The judge throws the gavel down, his ruling is in favor for the police officer,
and you feel like you have just entered the Twilight Zone. You pinch yourself, and ask yourself, did that just
really happen? The sad reality is, this happpens ALL the time. Judges, court officers, police officers and public
officials are out of control. We the People are taking the control back. They work for us. We put them in employment,
we can remove them.  Yes, even judges. They are just people.
We have the power, we have the law, we have the right.
Do not believe their lies anymore. Tell them you know their dirty little secrets and you are not taking it anymore.
Together, We the People will bring them into accountability. Alone it is difficult. It is time to stick together and
let your voice be heard.

We have nothing to do with elections, political parties, votes or people seeking office.
This organization is soley for:
auditing and making accountable all public officials and
helping people who have been victimized by a public official. 

We also want to point out that not all public officials and attorneys are acting unethically.
Some in fact have been victimized for trying to perform their job duties legally.
 We are here to help those who have been victimized and expose and
 reprimand those who are acting illegally.
